Accepting these terms

These Account Terms form the contract between Mont-Tremblant Casino and you. By opening an account, logging in or making a wager, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

Our Promotion Terms, Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy, Player Protection, Account Verification and Age Policy pages also apply when you use the site.

Using bonuses

Every offer in Promotions, including the welcome offer and Mont-Tremblant Rewards, follows our Promotion Terms. That page covers wagering, eligible games, opting in and when a bonus can be removed. On any bonus question, the Promotion Terms decide.

Avoiding prohibited conduct

To keep every game fair for everyone, you agree that you will not:

  • use automated software, scripts or bots that place bets for you;
  • collude with fellow players to get an unfair edge, or move funds from one account to another;
  • exploit a fault or error in a game, offer or payment flow;
  • deposit funds that belong to someone else or that are the proceeds of crime;
  • hide or mask your real location;
  • let anyone else use your account.

Any play connected to such activity may be cancelled and the winnings from it held back. The account involved may also be limited or closed, and where a legal duty applies, we pass the relevant details to the proper authorities.

Checking eligibility

Registration is open to anyone 19 or older who is physically located in Canada, in a region where online gambling is legal. Every account is held to Canadian requirements covering age checks and identity confirmation, plus anti-money-laundering controls. Changing these terms

These terms are not fixed. Changes in legislation, adjustments to how our service works or the launch of a fresh promotion can all lead us to amend them. This page always holds the latest wording, with its start date clearly shown. Where an amendment affects your account directly, we will make sure you hear about it: a note will arrive in your inbox, or an alert will appear on screen the next time you log in. Placing bets once the amended terms come into force counts as your acceptance of them.

Respecting our content

We own, or hold a licence from our partners to use, the Mont-Tremblant Casino name and logo, plus the layout, wording and artwork of this site. Every title in our lobby remains the property of the developer that created it. The site is offered to you solely for private, personal play, and you may not copy, reproduce or resell any portion of it.

Opening an account

You are allowed one account only. Provide true and accurate details at sign-up, and change them if anything is no longer correct. A second account will be shut down, and any bonuses or winnings it produced may be cancelled.

Keep your password private. Unless you promptly report that someone else used your account, every action on it is treated as yours.

Applying Canadian law

These terms are governed by Canadian law and by the rules in force where you play from. Any dispute that our complaints process cannot settle will be decided by whichever courts have jurisdiction under those laws.

Raising a complaint

Email [email protected] with the date, your username and a short description of the problem. Screenshots help. We look into what happened and email you our decision together with the reason for it.

Playing our games

Each game shows its rules and payout table in-game. Our slots and other digital titles use random number generators, and our games are tested by eCOGRA and GLI. Live Casino tables are dealt in real time, and whatever the studio records as the result is final.

Any malfunction makes the plays and payouts it affects void. If a round cannot be completed, we either refund the stake or return the game to its last recorded state.

Moving money in CAD

All balances, deposits and withdrawals are handled in Canadian dollars (CAD). You pay no fees to deposit or withdraw.

Once your identity checks are complete, most payout options deliver funds 1 to 4 hours later. Bank wires take longer, up to a 12-hour maximum. Whenever possible, funds are returned to a method you used to deposit.

Limiting our liability

This site is offered as is, with no guarantee that it will run without errors or interruptions. Losses caused by connection problems, faulty devices, third-party services, or someone else using your login without your consent are not our responsibility. As far as the law allows, our liability for any one claim cannot exceed the amount you wagered on that specific play.
